Heat Bending and Vacuum Forming

We have top quality heat bending facilities that enable us to undertake line bending up to 2.4m, with heating thickness's of up to 12mm, and sheet heating for any wider bends of up to 2m in length.

Premier Plastics also have facilities for vacuum forming, to produce small run items within the envelope of 450mm x 450mm.
